The essence of this invitation is to wake up to the intuitive wisdom within YOU. To realise your body as a powerful ally, as an agent of release and healing, of mystery and magnificence.
Each session will progressively empower you to reconnect with your authentic self, which is your birthright, allowing you to find passion, purpose and pleasure through your embodiment. With the aid of art, ritual and music to deepen this investigation.

The map of the territory will span from embodied meditation, yoga and breathwork, vocal expression and deep sound journeys, shamanic technologies of dance and creative art amplification to come home to yourself and get to know yourself on levels maybe never previously thought possible…
Each day on retreat is specifically curated to offer you rich experiences, personal insight and take home techniques, as we open to embodiment and unfold numbness, infusing who we really are into every moment.
We will be utilising the splendour of our private location in Byron Bay to enter into multitude celebrations, rituals and processes to remember who we truly are, when we’re not striving to be someone we’re not…

I close my eyes and take myself back to these truly magical blessed moments of the retreat and all I feel is the deepest love and acceptance of what is.
