Dear friends,
I am so happy to be inviting you on this journey with me. A journey of deep sensing with inner awareness.
I’ve felt the call to open this up as a free event, and an experiential taster of the practice of somatic meditation, where together we will take the time to slow down, tune in and listen deeply to the language the body speaks. And to start to open to the signs and symbols the system is trying to express through the myriad forms of energy in motion.
The session will start with an orientation and introduction to this embodied art of inquiry. Once the field is set, we’ll gently descend down… gathering our awareness to explore the map of the soma… guided slowly into the flavours and frequencies of Love inside… allowing space for the range of experience in the real-time unfolding moment.
From this deep inward connection we will then transition into outward expression through an intuitive art process. The session will then seal with some journalling and reflective questions to integrate what arose.
This free event is open to all feeling the call to connect deeply with themselves, and to be held in a container of co-regulation, nourishment and deep care. Open to all past students, as well as those considering journeying deeper with me for the month-long A Holding Space somatic meditation circle, or the full 50hr training module.

Writing materials and a journal
Art materials ~ could be a selection of your favourite mediums - oil pastels, coloured pencils or watercolour paint
