Through the gentle yet profound practices of somatic yin yoga, paired with medicinal sounds, you’ll be invited to soften into the raw, embodied truth of your present-moment experience.
With the support of a blindfold, you will have the chance to quiet external distractions and truly awaken the senses to the magic and mystery within.

AWAKEN WITHIN: Blindfolded somatic yin journey ~ SYDNEY
A deeply immersive experience of inner illumination. Through the simple and profound induction technique of using a blindfold you have the chance to truly turn inwards to see and sense and discover the wilderness within.
Paired with guided meditation, visualization, slow somatic movement and long-held yin postures, you’ll be invited to descend down and make meaningful contact with your depths, in order to mine the gold of your nature.
