Join Lara in this intimate online container for a powerful transpersonal creative healing ‘retreat’. Drawing upon the map of The Heroes Journey and invoking the ancient myth of Persephone, this offering will explore the archetypal journey of transpersonal descent and rising in our lives, with many reference points and resources to anchor us into the truth and beauty of our destiny. This event is an opportunity for you to explore what’s possible - individually and collectively - when life’s griefs and challenges are recognised as the rite of passage that they are.

Throughout the live calls you will be guided through a series of ritual processes and shamanic arts techniques including meditation and visualization, art making, journaling, story telling, movement, group sharing and other creative imaginative exercises. You will be offered a direct portal to access the wellspring of wisdom in your psyche, soma and soul, to find meaning, integration, and healing in your life.
