    Meditation on Shakti & the Elements

    One of the most beautiful meditation practices is connecting the elements of nature to the elements of the body. It is a very simple and very powerful way to experience interconnectedness as an actual fact of your being.

    Fly Like an Eagle

    In this class you’re invited to embody the mythic archetype of Garuda - the eagle king - a creature of power and grace, courage and trust. This sequence focuses on really flossing the wings and opening up chest and shoulders, as well as some deep hip releases as we practice flying into garudasana, eagle pose.

    Visualisation to meet your parts
